Head of Product Design. I build design orgs — not just screens.

From Ceará, father. I started in design in 2009, at the edge of visual communication and product — and learned early that what moves me isn’t the artifact, but the impact: the moment a well-designed experience changes behavior for the better.

That pull took me into fintech and B2B SaaS — where compliance, friction, and trust aren’t trade-offs, they’re the project. Leading teams since 2016, I work as a player-coach: alternating strategic direction and hands-on craft, growing senior designers with the autonomy to solve the complex. You build people before you build product.

I was Head of Product Design at meutudo., where I built the design org from scratch. Today, at Remessa Online (Senior Design Manager), I lead design at Head level — turning customer behavior into business decisions, with AI-assisted design woven into the team’s day-to-day. Head is the seat I already hold in practice.
