Instituto Atlântico — Tomorrow Lab (Dell & HP)
Proprietary innovation framework for major tech clients. ~90% co-creation CSAT, +12 PoCs, ~25% concept-to-product conversion.
- ~90% CSAT
- +12 Strategic PoCs
- ~25% Pipeline conversion
Desafio de negócio
International corporate clients (Dell, HP) needed to discover new business value in short cycles of applied research. B2B clients demand traceable decisions — opinion-driven design wasn't going to fly, every PoC had to become evidence.
Liderança & decisão
I led the Tomorrow Lab innovation framework (Agile/Lean), delivering 12+ strategic PoCs. Redesigned the full UX cycle — research, prototypes, tests — and built cross-functional cells with active mentorship for junior designers. Leadership here meant architecting autonomy rather than directing execution.
Resultado
~90% CSAT in co-creation sessions, ~25% concept-to-product pipeline conversion, and −15% in idea-to-PoC time per cycle — applied research becoming traceable evidence for a demanding B2B client.

Processo
Tomorrow Lab as an Agile/Lean framework: short discovery sprints with the B2B client, prototyping at multiple fidelity levels, validation tests run across sequential rounds. Each PoC begins with a KPI defined before scope. Short cadence + concrete deliverables = design becomes documented evidence.
